Digital payments are increasingly seen as an innovative solution to improve the efficiency, transparency, and satisfaction of health workers in Sub-Saharan Africa. Digitalizing payments not only reduces operational and administrative costs but also minimizes the risks of fraud and payment delays. However, this transition to digital payments also presents challenges such as technological infrastructure, user training, and change management. This webinar aims to explore these challenges and opportunities, drawing on recent research findings in this field.
The webinar objectives are to:
- Present Research Findings: Share the results of the Digitalization of Health Worker Payments project in Sub-Saharan Africa.
- Identify challenges: Discuss the main challenges encountered during the adoption of digital payments.
